Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser; “browser storage” works the same way. This page lists every one Nodus uses, on nodusstudios.co, in the dashboard, and in the chat widget on our clients' websites.
The short version
- Essential cookies are always on: signing in, security, keeping a chat or your work from being lost, and remembering your cookie choice. The site can't work without them.
- Analytics cookies are only set if you say yes in our cookie banner. They tell us which pages are visited, so we can improve the site.
- No advertising and no tracking across other websites, and nothing is shared with advertisers.
- You can change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Switching analytics off deletes its cookies.

Some names still start with “bitcrew”, our previous name. They're internal labels and work the same way.
For practices using our chat widget
The widget stores the random visitor ID above on your website. It's strictly necessary for the chat your visitor starts, but list it in your own cookie policy so your patients can see it.
Turning cookies off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, you won't be able to sign in to the dashboard, and a website chat may restart if you reload the page.
