Our AI disclosure promise
Nodus assistants can sound friendly and natural, but they never pretend to be human. If someone sincerely asks whether they are talking to a bot, the assistant says it is an automated assistant for the business and offers a person. This rule is built into every assistant and can't be switched off.
You must not use Nodus to
- Send unsolicited marketing messages, or text or email people without the consent PECR requires.
- Ignore STOP, unsubscribe or opt-out requests.
- Collect card numbers, bank details, passwords or government ID numbers in chat.
- Give medical, legal or financial advice, or make guarantees the business can't keep.
- Harass, deceive, discriminate against or impersonate anyone.
- Break the rules of connected platforms, including Meta's Messenger and Instagram policies, WhatsApp Business Policy and mobile carrier guidelines.
- Promote illegal goods or services, or anything that would be illegal in the UK.
- Probe, overload or attack the service, or use it to build a competing product.
Enforcement
Supervisor bots check messages against these rules automatically. We may suspend accounts that break them, and will cooperate with platforms and regulators where required.
